Selecting Video Banking Appointment will be done in the Location Tab (Tab 2). Video Banking is currently only available for consumer loans (i.e. Auto, Credit Card, Home Equity, Personal), new memberships, checking, and savings.

Change or Cancel Appointment - if you need to change or cancel an appointment after making it, please contact our Member Contact Center between 7:30 AM and 6 PM CST Monday to Friday at 800-755-0055 and let them know you would like to change an appointment made on-line.
