If you would like to speak to a branch representative please call 800-755-0055, or 855-256-0183 for the Lending Center.                                                       Selecting a Video Banking Appointment will be done in the Location Tab (Tab 2). Video Banking is only available for consumer loans (i.e. Auto, Credit Card, Home Equity, Personal), new memberships, checking, and savings.  If you have any questions about making an appointment, please call us at 800-755-0055 and one of our Member Contact Center representatives will be pleased to assist you.

Change or Cancel Appointment - if you need to change or cancel an appointment after making it, please contact our Member Contact Center between 7:30 AM and 6 PM CST Monday to Friday at 800-755-0055 and let them know you would like to change an appointment made on-line.
